Payment Options

Consultation fees must be settled in full on the day of your initial appointment.  Part of your account will be covered by Medicare, our reception staff are able to claim your rebate for you online, on the day of your appointment.

Our fee for surgery is payable in advance 2 working days prior to the procedure. This prepayment policy is in place to prevent unpaid accounts and therefore enable us to keep our fees to a minimum.

To retain your booking for surgery, we request that payment is made through one of the following options: 

  • Credit Card Payments: Over the phone or via the post with the attached form below
  • Cash & EFTPOS: May only be processed in person through the Epworth Office.
  • Direct Deposit: Via the internet with the account details supplied below.
  • Personal Cheque: To be received 1 week prior to surgery. Money orders and bank cheques accepted 48 hours prior.

Failure to pre-pay the full surgical fee will result in cancellation of your surgery without further notice.

Following your surgery, you will receive an itemised receipt which will enable you to claim from your private health insurance and /or Medicare benefits. Any payment is fully refundable if the surgery does not take place (Excluding deposits for prosthetic devices which are non-refundable).
